for Girls Parents' Association (WGGS PA)
The Parents' Association complements the Women of Vision Trust by holding events to raise money to advance the education of the pupils at WGGS by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education not normally provided by the funding authority.
Funds are raised from a range of events, including a Year 7 bingo night, a Christmas fair and a quiz night.
In recent years, the Parents' Association has funded an all-weather multi-use sports area, furniture for the Sixth Form block and the refurbishment of the school library.
The Parents' Association are currently looking for new members.
