Shrimpy Corner plaque unveiled
Shrimpy Corner plaque unveiled

Thanks to generous donations from Women of Vision and the family of Miss Shrimpton, we were able to open ‘Shrimpy Corner’ in honour of Miss Shrimpton, our former Assistant Headteacher who died in November 2024. On Monday 1st September, Misss Shrimpton’s wife and brother came to the school to unveil the plaque and outdoor table tennis tables giving the staff a chance to practice ahead of a tournament which will be taking place next term. Given Miss Shrimpton’s dedication to sport and all forms of competition, we think this is an apt way to remember her.

Thank you to Mr Plowright and Mr Holmes for installing the table tennis tables over the summer.

The three outdoor table tennis tables will now be available for Year 7 and 8 during lunchtime (and Sixth Formers in their study periods) to use.
