How to contact us

The Women of Vision Trust is dedicated to maintaining high quality communications with all our current and prospective supporters. We are registered with the Fundraising Regulator, the independent regulator of charitable fundraising, and are committed to the Regulator's Fundraising Promise which states that we will operate honestly and respectfully.

The Fundraising Promise also states that we will be accountable and responsible, and we recognise that there might be occasions in which we fall short of our standards and a complaint may need to be registered.

The Trust takes concerns and complaints extremely seriously and aims to address them quickly and appropriately. We welcome any feedback on your interactions with us and see important improvement opportunities in any complaints received.

To enable us to address your complaint fully, please provide as much information as possible when you contact us including what outcome you are expecting. Please also include your contact details and preferred contact method. We promise to acknowledge your complaint within ten working days and respond in full within twenty working days.

 

Next steps:

If you are unsatisfied by our response, please contact us to explain why and with details of how you would like the complaint resolved. The Chair of Trustees will then contact you to respond.

If, after this, you are not satisfied by the process and response from The Women of Vision Trust, you can contact the Fundraising Regulator with details of your fundraising complaint. Please note that the Fundraising Regulator asks that you submit the complaint within two months

of hearing from the Women of Vision Trust.
